Rigid plastic first aid kit box (box only). While the main intended purpose is for first aid supplies the Army recognized that this box has many storage uses and also calls it a GENERAL PURPOSE CASE. Includes steel latches and one steel carrying handle, lid with rubber gasket (seals so tight you can here the air leak out when you are opening it), with ridge and groove for easy stacking. Top opening approx 9 3/8" x 8 7/8" interior height approx. 7" Great for storing all sorts of items. Made of heavy duty plastic. Unused. NSN: 6545-00-116-1410".
Plastic box has 6 latches and is sealed with a rubber gasket.External case measures approx. 10" x 11" x 7 1/2" tall and has a single metal carrying handle on the side. Steel latches may be black or green in color.
